This photo permission is for children's images to be used in the kitchen so that they can be identified when their special meal is given. to be returned to the school office.
School Meals at East Tilbury Primary
We are proud to work with Stir Food Limited, who provide fresh, homecooked and nutritious meals to all schools across Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust. Their menus use seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and create a welcoming, enjoyable lunchtime experience for all children.
All menus comply with, and usually exceed, the Government's National Nutritional Standards for school lunches.
Fresh, Local & Sustainable
Stir Food supports local farmers, uses seasonal produce and works with accredited suppliers. They reduce food miles, minimise single use plastics, and offer plant-based options as part of their sustainability commitment.
Free School Meals
All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 receive Free School Meals under the Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) Scheme.
Families in Years 3–6 may be eligible based on income:

Menus operate on a three-week rolling basis and are changed twice a year, include children’s favourites, and introduce new flavours. The service holds the Soil Association Bronze Food for Life Award.
