This week, pupils have been working hard on many areas of the curriculum. In Maths, the children have been consolidating their understanding of addition and subtraction, including the need to regroup. In English children have started to explore the picture storybook – Farther and how they could use the stimulus of this book to recreate their own version by changing the context. We were treated to a visit from the Athlete Courtney Orange, he was a commonwealth medallist, who shared his experiences with the school. In DT, pupils were able to recreate their own version of the school using junk modelling. Comments are closed.
